The Solar Impulse Efficient Solution Label
The Solar Impulse Efficient Solution Label is the first label to assess the economic viability of products or processes that protect the environment. It is awarded following a rigorous selection process by external, independent experts. By ensuring high standards for sustainability and profitability, this internationally recognised label is considered a great distinction for innovators and a credible quality criterion for solution seekers in companies and governments.
Bertrand Piccard and the Solar Impulse Foundation are actively promoting the award-winning solutions to the media, the public and decision-makers in order to emphasise the benefits of clean and profitable solutions. The goal is #1000SOLUTIONS. From Bertrand Piccard:

Our submission was analysed by three independent experts and received only positive evaluations for all criteria. We are incredibly proud and happy.
2021 is off to a turbulent & incredibly great start! First the Global Innovation Award and just days later the Solar Impulse Efficient Solution Label for Wasser 3.0 PE-X®. There are more highlights to come in the next few weeks and many exciting projects that we will be reporting on here.
But before we continue to work flat out on the challenges we face, we're going to celebrate a little (virtually, of course) and enjoy the moment!
